Get Published Episode 50 – Self Publishing Has Reached a Tipping Point Pt. 2

Episode 50 is finally here and the second part of the interview is now available. I’ve got to say, the last two years of podcasting have been wonderful. I have learned so much I know I made the right choice when I posted that first episode (even though it was pretty rough). In this episode we, of course, get to hear the second part of Robin’s very enlightening talk about eBooks, self-publishing and online marketing. CA Marshall also spends some time educating us on editors. It’s a great show that I am so proud of for my 50th. Enjoy. What a Difference a Day Makes

I’ve been struggling as of late. The writing is not happening as often as I want and I always seem to be playing catch-up for other things too. It has been a difficult slog. I now know how a salmon feels. Today changed that in a number of ways. First, my Cub Pack held its first meeting of the year back in our regular meeting place. Every year we lose the school we meet in for the month of January. The leadership (including me) has to find alternate activities and meeting places and so on. I’m sure there are plenty of things I’ve missed. Let me know if I should keep this up. On the Edge of Awesome

By appearances, 2011 looks like it will be a very interesting year. As you probably know, I have a book that is scheduled for release in 2012. That means I will be doing all those things that need doing to see that it happens. Revision, review and more revision. I also have several other projects to consider. GalaxyBillies (which releases January 26, 2010 on Podiobooks.com) – needs to be revised and laid out for submission. I haven’t quite decided how to go forward with the book. Should I use it for an agent hunt or send it directly to publishers? I’m still thinking that through. There are a number of factors I’m working through, not the least of which is […]
