The end is nigh. Not in an apocalyptic way, but in a “end of the 2023 NaNoWriMo challenge” way. That’s not a bad thing by any means. I made the last minute decision to join NaNo to try and jumpstart my book, Mik Murdoch 5. I’ve done that. In fact, when I hit the 50,000 word mark, I will also be close to typing “The End” in the book. I would say that is reason to celebrate! I think it is also the end of my writing slump.
