Lord Aquarius, Master of Oceans: is a bit of an anomoly, even in Evil Overlord groups. For one thing, he spends the majority of his time underwater. For another, he feels that ruling the dry land or “Overworld”, as he calls it, is just a waste of time. The true riches of planet Earth can only be found underwater (in his opinion). Abandoned as a small boy in a leaky boat, he was rescued by a tribe of friendly mollusks and raised to become champion of the seas. When he eventually discovered that it was better to be rich than good, he devoted his life to conquest instead.
